Disagree with Bama being top 4. I’ve been saying all year this team is Tua and a bunch of scrubs. Probably giving us the Tua wasn’t 100% excuse, which even though that had no impact on the game I will take if it gets us in the playoff somehow

He also has the best WR corp in the nation talent wise and speed wise too. Bama wont drop out of the top 4 after that close loss but with their remaining schedule and the fact they wont have a CCG will lay a huge part in them dropping down out of the top 4. They wont stay in the top 4 for long instead lots of chaos happens

Yeah Bama needs a 2 loss Pac12 and 2 loss Big 12 champion. It won’t matter even if we do get in though, Ohio State,LSU, and Clemson would light our defense up

I think Bama's rep is what keeps them in the top 4. Depending on the rest of the season it'll be interesting to see where they end up ranked.

I know A&M lost to #3 Clemson, #4 Bama, and #11 Auburn. I guess they just don't have any quality wins. They do have UofSC, UGA, and LSU left on the schedule though.

Why? They are pretty much locked into the CFP unless they have an epic collapse. Plus, this happens every year, they play a close game or two- win out then they are back into elite form. They will be fine. They are one of the most complete teams in the nation. They are balanced on offense, have elite talent everywhere and their defense is great as well (top 10). Depending on seeding, I have them getting into the Final CFP barring a meltdown vs a bad ACC team.

If you use opponents "rankings" as the criteria, then A&M has the best losses as you listed. Be close for the next best set of losses between Iowa and Texas. Iowa's are Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin. Texas' are LSU, Oklahoma and TCU. Okie Lite's are the worst with Texas, Texas Tech and Baylor.

Doesn't really look like any of the four have real good wins.

Iowa's best win looks like Iowa State 18-17.
Okie Lite's looks like either K-State 26-13 or Iowa State 34-27
Texas' looks like either Okie Lite 36-30 or K-State 27-24
A&M's best win would have to come down to one of the Mississippi schools.

Yeah I remember people saying the same last year. I took them to beat Bama last year. This isn't the same team but they are still a top 4 team unless an epic collapse. As an Ohio St fan I am most worried about this team if Ohio St gets into the playoff...still way too early though
