Bad organizations make bad decisions, and right now they're a bad organization. They need to get a real football guy to run their football operations, live with their decisions for at least 4 years and stop hiring flavor of the month.

Every running back who has even a decent arm is going against their instinct and going qb. And I can't blame them. It's just hard to watch when you see the Justin Fields of the world becoming quarterbacks because they will make bank.

Yeah but they need to get Young a true #1 receiver. Thielen can still play but not as your main guy.
