week 1 of the silly season in my leauge starts this week...

Just another thing abt this leauge that makes me like it so much.. So pick your all star team, i still need some ideas & help. some teams may rest people this week.

Charles might not even play. He is out.

Desean Jackson might be my number 1 WR play against the Dallas defense. McCoy and Jackson would both be in my line-up.

The rest will depend on match-ups and who has something to play for, but those two are "gos" for sure.

Although it wouldn't bother me too much to have Brandon Marshall, AJ Green, Peyton or Gore in there somewhere.

Here is my line-up. All studs with great match-ups.

QB: Peyton- Best QB in a must win game against an awful pass D. Yummy
RB: McCoy- 2nd Best RB against the worst defense in the NFL
RB: Lacy- with or without Rodgers, Lacy will eat on Sunday
WR: DJax- The Eagles are going to score at will. Expect 2-3 big plays from Jackson
WR: Megatron if healthy, Gordon if not
Flex: Insert choice Bear here. I like Forte, but you may prefer 1 of the WRs.
DSt: Seattle at home vs. the Rams.
K: Gano, Dawson or Haushka- all play in either warm weather or domes and are favorites to win.

I think Megatron is out.

Also, you really should get another Eagle in there. They could go for 50+. I think it is a little crazy to start Edelman too, but it is your squad.

I wouldn't worry too much about being different this week. If Peyton puts up 400 and 4 TDs in a must win game (very possible) you could be digging your own grave. Your team will likely be different enough elsewhere. If you fall behind, that is when it is important to find differences to make up ground. Not so much now.

Going a little off the beaten path here.............2 Steelers but at home I see this as a shoot out. In your scoring format I see ABrown and LBell each scoring this week. Dalton to Green has been hot lately and I see it staying that way. Don't forget Foles worst game was at home against the Cowboys...........a lot has changed since then but I see Murray having a big game there trying to control the ball. When the NFL playoffs start that is when I would go pretty much with the proven studs but week 17 I like this line up. Good Luck!
