While this is true, I'm not sure any conference has really looked great so far. Granted I haven't exactly "analyzed" anything yet. But the Pac 12 lost to some shitty teams. The Big 12 was trying to lose to FCS clubs, etc.

Toledo was expected to give Kentucky fits
Miss St. only winning by 10 over the Cajuns is a concern since States coach ran off the future QB to bring in his guy from Penn St that he loves.
Didn't expect the Vols to lose to Ga St
South Carolina letting North Carolina comeback on them was unacceptable

Which one of the impressive Pac-12 victories made you puff your chest up. Or was it just the fact that your shit team doesn't play until everyone is sound asleep. Add Vandy in there and you just listed all the SEC teams USC could beat, although I would need to spot you 7 against Mrs State for you to eek out a win.

Several P5 teams from around the country took a beating this week from teams of lesser conferences. I get a kick out it tbh. A lot of those kids were ones that were overlooked and they play with a chip on their shoulder.

SEC is like any other conference, 2-3 real good teams and then a whole lot of decent/ok teams who could beat anybody or lose to anybody then a team or two that suck.

End of the day, aint but 2-3 teams that are at an “elite” level in all of CFB.

That talk started about the time when Michigan hired Harbaugh and was sure to be in contention for the NC very soon.
