Any news?
Dude all she did was wail that the evidence they collected was different than what the police did.
She wouldn't say they are pursuing a civil case though. But it was just POINTLESS. Bunch of whining.
Evidence they collected? I was unaware they collected evidence.
Let me be more clear - they dispute the evidence that was presented. They presented their version.....and some of it is valid. But the whole presser was meandering, poorly done, and she's a horrible public speaker. They came off as angry, spiteful and bitter bitches that didn't get their way. It was just turrible.....
I question the blood and urine samples from the victim that were "delayed" for 5-6 weeks going to a lab. The lawyer hinted at evidence she has a document on the urine analysis that differs from the one supplied by the State. Also the 1st I've seen of testimony from one of the witnesses that claims he,Jameis and their swag team routinely brought girls to the apartment and video-taped their sex. Still a lot of red flags here that indicate a cover-up.
Anyone have a link of a replay of the presser?
Well if you listen to the 911 calls the victim stated she was raped and “ knocked in the head ” and couldn't remember much.
Yet the FSU grad Meegs say we can't prosecute because she can't remamber.... WTF ? Utterly stupid reasoning.
So, if a farmer going to the bank get knocked the hell out on Main st. and “ can't remember much, but the cops get DNA off the forehead of the victim, the state attorney can't bring charges because the farmer can't remember. NONSENSICAL REASONING .
Classic cover up, this QB is as guilty as the day is long.
I still don't understand what motive she would have to claim a false r*pe of an amateur athlete who had yet to become a star.
Its makes more sense that he raped her.
The real problem of course, is that the whole thing is now a "he said, she said" deal. Throw in the celebrity status, this could be a side show in Tallahassee for a while. A little extra pizzazz is that the accuser is white, the accused black. It might be in everyone's best interest is to quietly write a check, and hope that the public will have a new scandal soon. After all, this is Florida.
Add football, the animosity between Gators and Seminoles, a juicy cover-up by the local police and a prosecutor with political ambition, oh this sounds like fun!
I can easily come up with a motive. He had a girlfriend. She wanted to be his girlfriend. This was how she thought she could get him to dump her. This is why she didn't name him at first. She tells him that she's filed r*pe charges but if she dumps his girlfriend and goes out with her she will drop them.
