Basically they accused the TPD of ignoring evidence and not really investigating. Did we really need a press conference for them to say what EVERY "victim" screams if they don't get a conviction or arrest?

Let me be more clear - they dispute the evidence that was presented. They presented their version.....and some of it is valid. But the whole presser was meandering, poorly done, and she's a horrible public speaker. They came off as angry, spiteful and bitter bitches that didn't get their way. It was just turrible.....

Basically she screamed cover up. She asked the Attorney General of FL to investigate the case.

I question the blood and urine samples from the victim that were "delayed" for 5-6 weeks going to a lab. The lawyer hinted at evidence she has a document on the urine analysis that differs from the one supplied by the State. Also the 1st I've seen of testimony from one of the witnesses that claims he,Jameis and their swag team routinely brought girls to the apartment and video-taped their sex. Still a lot of red flags here that indicate a cover-up.

The blood and urine were tested at UF. Yep they sure are into helping FSU cover shit up. You do not test blood for drugs. You test urine. When she asked the SAO to verify the blood it was done at UF again. She failed to mention that the FDLE lab they used is Carroll's alma mater. Also the video interviews of Casher and affidavit do not state that he videotaped Winston or other people. He stated that he was trying to so they could mess with Winston. They may have had 3somes before, but not this time. Yep the hospital, TPD, SAO, UF LABS, FSU players, and FSU all got involved in a cover up.

Well if you listen to the 911 calls the victim stated she was raped and “ knocked in the head ” and couldn't remember much.

Yet the FSU grad Meegs say we can't prosecute because she can't remamber.... WTF ? Utterly stupid reasoning.

So, if a farmer going to the bank get knocked the hell out on Main st. and “ can't remember much, but the cops get DNA off the forehead of the victim, the state attorney can't bring charges because the farmer can't remember. NONSENSICAL REASONING .

Actually she said she thought she was hit in the head, but no contusion or bruising on her head. At least try to get the facts straight.

The funniest part is you insinuating that Meggs would cover for an FSU athlete. Show a lack of knowledge about Meggs and his past of charging players. He also said the inconsistencies in her story due to her memory vis why he did not charge.

I can easily come up with a motive. He had a girlfriend. She wanted to be his girlfriend. This was how she thought she could get him to dump her. This is why she didn't name him at first. She tells him that she's filed r*pe charges but if she dumps his girlfriend and goes out with her she will drop them.

Thats ridiculous. So her attorney is still holding press conferences a year later because she was mad that he had a girl friend and she still isn't over it.

Didn't all the reports indicate she came up to him that night and met him that night. You're saying that she decided in one night that he needed to dump his girl friend or she was going to claim r*pe.

That is waaaaay far fetched. Him raping her his 100 times more believable. Not that it means he's guilty it just makes more sense then some hair brained Idea of conjuring up a lie in one night.
