The term power for lacrosse means ur top 5 or ten out of 25 total. Many of which aren't even major universities.

BTW i would say VT is without a doubt the best football program without a recent NC and prob better than some (aub) with recent NC's. If VT isnt a football power then the ACC doesnt have one and there arent but maybe one or two outside the SEC.

IMO, that's not a very good video for them to try and get their point across for 2 reasons.
A) Kid Rock is a retard in this video
B) Joe Dirt gets the girl in the end

Being a UVA fan, I'm sure you're not used to seeing those words in the same sentence.

They're usually reserved for schools with good football teams, like Virginia Tech.
