Let's just say VT is definitely back in it for Settle. The commitment of Stroman helped that.

This recruiting cycle could end very well for VT if they can land Walker, Nnadi, Minor and a couple others, but losing out on several big, big ones will still sting for awhile though IMO.

I think next year could be the year that we thought '14 would be recruiting wise.

Right now VT is very well in it for MClease, Settle, Sweat, Christian, Taylor, H. Lewis, and Ferrell. All Top 150 guys.

Hell, some are even saying there is a chance with Simmons and a long shot at J. Lewis...not buying into all that yet though.

Yeah, I think Lewis will end up OOS. Once the Hoos fall flat on their face this year and CML' seat is burning they will be out of it for him (and maybe Simmons too). Lewis seems to have the SEC mentality/attitude if you ask me. I am not sure if he would "grace" the in-state schools with his talent.

Doesn't sound like Settle has VT at the top, but at least he is acknowledging Frank and Co. A trip to campus on gameday will be a plus IMO. I think we have a fighters chance, but he may end up SEC as well. Word is he may have some trouble qualifying anyhow.

Don't forget Michael Barnett, And landing nnadi will lock up simmons, Bank it buddy, they are as close as simmons and settle, if not more, VT will do very well next year,

Barnette's only attention is VGT his first offer and Clemson his dream school, those are his top 2 with VT leading
