Isn't Tom Hall a Hokie? I thought that came out when we were recruiting Latif?

Well if he is a Hokie then I don't see why he would be encouraging Holland not to honor his commitment unless he really thinks Alabama would be a better opportunity.

Maybe we're (mostly me) reading into it too much and he just wants Holland to take his free visits. But the "worked Alabama camp" fact just seemed odd to me.

Mizzell is super talented. I thought it was weird people started comparing Coleman to him, we don't do that with our other players. Anyway I figure he'll be a CJ Spiller type for UVA if he lives up to his potential.

Mizzell is legit and a 4-5 star guy. He is explosive as can be and very good when he has a little bit of space.

Personally, I think he is a lot better than Green and I think Virginia is getting short shifted a bit this year because Rolin should be a consensus 4 star, Fisher should be a five star and Teller should be a borderline 5 star.

Tom Hall was on Richmond radio this afternoon and said Fisher is the best athlete he's been around in his 23 years of coaching. No mention of recruiting as they were only discussing Manchester's team.

Fork Union vs. Hermitage:

Hackenberg's supporting cast sucks, but he still looks more like a top 100 QB rather than the #1 QB recruit (according to ESPN). He has a strong arm, but poor technique and no accuracy. The Hermitage QB, Neko Johnson, looks real good though. Good balance of run and pass. What class is he?

Looks like Carlis is going to have a break out season.

Last night, his Statesville team beat South Iredell, giving South their first regular season loss since 2009.

Carlis went 13 of 25 passes for 170 yards and an interception, and ran 15 times for 95 yards and two touchdowns. This against a very good South team.

Agree with everything you say HoHum except the accuracy part (for Hack). When he has had time he has put it right on the money. He is NOT very mobile for his size (despite what the commentators have said several times). But I agree, he is a good QB with a very nice arm, FUMA is simply outmanned by Hermitage (no surprise there).

Green has looked very solid between the tackles. The couple times he has kicked it outside he has had plenty enough speed to get to the next level. Runs with power and straight ran over FUMA's linebacker. I want him in BBurg...
