had they kneeled down 3 times at the end, the rest of the clock would've ran out. the eagles had no timeouts left.

you know whats crazy, this season has been a flat out disaster but as I look back I realize how close we were in so many games, we pull those out and our record could be the opposite. Besides the obvious QB play, biggest disappointment has been how bad the defense has played, especially late in games

I'm not crying, just stating the obvious. That was our best all around performance in quite some time. The 48 points scored was the most in a game for the vikings since 1998.

I wasn't suggesting you were crying being that you are a Vikes fan. I was referring to any would be Eagles fan that might be crying about "running up the score", which is totally stupid imo.

My bad then. You're correct. Let's hope for a strong finish to the season. I think the Detroit game at home is more winnable than the road game at the Bengals.

Couldn't agree more PC.
If he plays solid for the remainder, they could feel comfortable keeping him as starter next season(or 2) while they groom the new draft pick. IMO that's the ideal situation. Of course that is assuming the Vikes can somehow figure out how to groom a QB...Haven't had much luck in that department in a long time.
