I'm not sure that means anything other than a bunch of people are putting really small bets down on Harbaugh.

From what we know, we've done everything we can at this point and the fact that it's taken this long is good. It's up to Harbaugh at this point. Either he wants to come to Michigan or he wants to stay in the NFL. If we don't get him, it won't be because we did something wrong.

Yes, but had you done some research you would know that the site doesn't take big money on this particular bet. So this took a bunch of people putting a little money down on Harbaugh to Michigan.
