From info thru the Michigan grapevine----Jim's father, Jack Harbaugh, the ex-Michigan assistant coach under Bo Schembechler wants his son Jim to be the Michigan coach. Jack Harbaugh and his wife Jackie still live in the Milwaukee, WI suburbs after Jack retired from his Associate Athletic Director position at Marquette University in Milwaukee.

Apparently (again Michigan grapevine info), Jack Harbaugh told his son Jim, that he and Jackie will move from Wisconsin back to Ann Arbor if Jim takes the Michigan head coaching job.

I'm not sure that means anything other than a bunch of people are putting really small bets down on Harbaugh.

From what we know, we've done everything we can at this point and the fact that it's taken this long is good. It's up to Harbaugh at this point. Either he wants to come to Michigan or he wants to stay in the NFL. If we don't get him, it won't be because we did something wrong.
