Anyone else going to watch this game tonight? I know that I am. UH tries to get to 7-1 before road games at UCF and Louisville the next two weeks. Hopefully the Cougars aren't overlooking the Bulls.
Houston will use two freshman QBs, John 'O Korn, who is the better passer of the two, and Greg Ward, who is a very skilled runner and typically plays only two or three series a game. Other players on offense who have been outstanding on the UH offense include RBs Kenneth Farrow and Ryan Jackson and WRs Deontay Greenburry and Daniel Spencer.
The UH defense, which has traditionally been quite weak, has actually played quite well much of the season, though admittedly it has not faced particularly strong competition, other than BYU, which UH lost to by a single point at home. MLB Derrek Mathews is the best defensive player, though all three LBs have been pretty good.
I haven't seen USF play, but they are about an 18.5 point underdog.
Any thoughts on this game?
