While the 9ers might be total crap...that late Monday night game has been historically weird.. so I'd think +3 for the home dog isn't a totally stupid thing to do.... and I'd take the Pats +9 if I was a betting man, the only thing that scares me about that game is Arians has no problem hanging 50 on somebody, just cuz he can
