Fuck the devil for stealing my 80's pitchers. Now if he gotten all of the 80's pitchers I think he could have beaten Nos. Close game but got Nos winning.

Devil made a bad trade and never recovered, traded for one of my all time favorites in Speaker but didn't put enough around him. Should have kept building the pitching staff.

What?? Never recovered?? He basically trades the 90s bullpen who he would have shared with uk for the 50s bullpen where he would have alone. And get Hoyt wilhelm.

He traded Wagner and Huffman the 2nd and 3rd best relievers of the decade and got Wilhelm and what else? A bunch of average players. He had pretty much gone all in on pitching why switch when most of the bats that swing voters are gone?

I side with Milk because no one does and I just had a cold glass of milk with a chocolate Swiss roll and it was so delicious.

Well, wilhelm was better than both. So at least he upgraded his best guy. He would have had to compete with uk for that decade, so it is unlikely he would have continued getting stud 90 relievers. Your right that without the trade he would have had a better bullpen. But it is not like he has a bad bullpen. Mcmahon had a below 3.00 era.

Plus, he got a top 5 CF in this draft in the trade. Pretty good trade if you ask me

I disagree with almost every word starting with Wilhelm being better than both, Wagner > Wilhelm

Who cares about competing, the decade is way deeper than the 50's

Getting Speaker is great but the players around him just weren't good enough to justify the trade.
