HOLY SHIT! What a fucking fight. Fight Of The Year in any combat sport. Period. I knew Gustaffson would be a tough test but damn, they were fucking even. I had Bones winning the 2nd, 4th, and 5th rounds but man, it was close every damn round.

I had Jones winning 2,4 and 5 as well, winning 2 with a razor thin margin. I honestly thought Bones would roll through Gus by taking him down and either winning by ground and pound or submission. I was completely wrong and I was really impressed with Gustaffson, especially his wrestling, take down defense was good, hell he was the first person to take Jones down ever. His boxing was incredible as well. I hope there's a rematch.

Yeah, I was extremely impressed with Gus's takedown defense. I felt going in that he might be a good challenger specifically because of his elite striking and power strikes but I had no idea he'd be able to stuff Bones' excellent takedown maneuvers repeatedly.
