For the women, it's simple.

Imagine the UK class of 2013, but they stayed 4 years, and that same recruiting class happened every year.

I can barely understand how they lose some years.

For the men, I am very impressed. I think it's a combination of good recruiting, great coaching, and just being in the right place at the right time, taking advantage of years when there wasn't a dominant team.

Congats to both UConn mens and womens NC teams. The mens basketball program accomplished quite a feat doing what a #7 seed has never ever done, win it all.. 40-0 thats the shit, the women rock..
