We have to be in the top 5 of the big ten with Frost as our HC.

Need more talent and team speed first.

More about getting people lined up properly, having the players believe in themselves and the system, and game planning, imo.

UCF players make plays.

You don't do that if you're not in the right places. That is coaches putting all the pieces together.

Scott Frost has been working 2 jobs 24/7 for the past month and still managed to put together the game that hardly anyone thought he could against Auburn.

I don’t even know if I comprehend just how big of a hire he was for us yet. The guy is a winner.

I'm excited. But I'm also trying to temper the enthusiasm for the short term because I know there is work to do in Lincoln.

Yes like getting the O Linemen to play through the whistle, and we do need speed at linebacker - think Lavonte David speed.

There were still some people who were against hiring Frost before tonight.

If those people still exist I’d like to spit in their faces.

Not really a head scratcher if he were to lose his starting spot next season.

i watched the majority of the game. had it on but was doing some other things while it played.

the line play was the biggest take away for me. the way the d-line stopped the run and was still able to get pressure on passing plays was just huge and something we haven't seen in Lincoln since Suh was there. That Griffin kid was good, i hope we have a hidden gem like that on our roster. He was held on about every pass rush he had, refs weren't calling anything though. their o-line too, held up, opened holes and gave the qb time to throw.

On the other hand when UCF got a first down at about the 10yd line very late in the game, one official threw a blocking below the waist penalty which took the gain away. The replay showed a UCF player "tapping" an Auburn player ABOVE the knee on a blocking attempt. UCF ended up trying a field goal and missing it, which allowed Auburn to have a chance to tie the game at the end. I kind of think UCF would have punched it in for a TD if not for that ticky tack penalty. Luckily, everything turned out okay for UCF. I watched and enjoyed the whole game as if it was a Nebraska game. Happy days ahead for Nebraska.
