Seriously, lets not get into politics but this is a huge non issue in my honest opinion. The difference between whether one thinks its right or wrong mostly boils down to politics. Not saying these LSU guys smoking is fine, but if they lived in Washington or Colorado would we be having this conversation?

Good for LSU. That is a major improvement. Clearly they are taking actions to correct this behavior. Program will be clean by 2037..

Non story other than I hope all those kids right their ship moving forward. I not even sure I know a college kid who didn't part take in the doobage at some point in time. Not that those that stayed clean are wrong either, to each his own here I say.

The NFL awaits them with closer scrutiny of course.

Personally, I think it is a legit story. Not the weed aspect of it, but the stupidity of it. You are headed for one of the biggest interviews of your life, you know your being tested, and you cant lay off for a couple weeks. I think most people could lay off weed or alcohol for a month if it meant a 6 figure a year difference.

The fact that they took it = Non-story. The fact that they couldn't stay off it for a time leading up to one of the most important drug tests of their life makes me wonder about their intelligence. Its not like this was a surprise test.

Yes we would....failed drug tests before the draft. Could cost these two yahoo millions (potentially). And I'd be saying the same thing regardless of what school they were from. BTW, speaking from long ago experience....trace amounts of THC stays in the bloodstream for months not just weeks.
