If Tua didn't have such an extensive injury history, I still wouldn't like the pick, but i wouldn't consider it insane.
Tua will get killed, Haskins got hurt despite trying not to scramble often. Imagine a guy who is very mobile and has yet to be hit by an NFL defender. Breaking news - Tua on IR week 1 preseason
