This is a keeper league (7 players) with 5 year contracts. My team sucks and is probably not salvageable for this year. I was offered Makail Franco (2019 contract) for Hanley (expiring contract this year). Is this enough? I am tempted to take it.

No it is not enough... Don't lose value just because it is a keeper... And wait a couple weeks for Franco to lose his PROSPECT value...
