7 games against playoff teams from this year and we get to face some pretty tough defenses. Time to get our big boy pants on and kick some ass to finish this year again next year
I guess I'm the only one who isn't too concerned? I don't think it is that bad at all.
The only home game that concerns me is against Seattle. All other home games we have a very good shot of winning. The only away games that really jump out at me as being tough are against Denver and San Francisco.
Now, with that being said do I think we will go 13-3?? No. Shit happens. Easy games where people predict a blowout are games where the Packers are off and end up losing. Who knows. But I don't think it's a brutal schedule.
Based solely on this years performance, I have minimal worries for all of the home games. However on the road, they will face 4 of the top 10 defenses not including an up and coming Vikings team.
Next year is there for the waiting, a lot will happen yet before first regular season game even kicks off.... free agency, draft, preseason, injuries...
Rest of the NFC North plays the NFC West and AFC West... we catch Carolina and Dallas next year and the 3 others catch someone different. I do not think Packers schedule will be much tougher than any of the other 3 divisional opponents.
Brutal? You're crazy. It is what it is. The only games anyone can complain about are Dallas & Carolina, and neither of those teams scare me. Stop the whining - it's the NFL - everyone is tough, if they weren't, why would we bother to watch?
