Top 101 NFL free agents for 2015 - NFL.com

Let's see we should have about 55 million or so in Cap space once we release Demeco Ryans....

Let's go Shopping Shall we...

Byron Maxwell - 10 mill cap hit
Jason Worilds - 9 Mill Cap Hit
Chris Culliver or Davon House - 5 mill cap hit for Culliver House 3 mill
Orlando Franklin - 7 mill cap hit
Rahim Moore - 5 mill cap hit
Shane Vereen - 4 mill Cap hit
Harry Douglas 2 mill cap hit

This is going the Cheap Route..... that is roughly 40-42 million with about 13 mill left to spend

or we could go this way

Devin Mccourty - 10 mill cap hit
Byron Maxwell - 10 mill cap hit
Jason Worilds 9 mill cap hit
Orlando Franklin 7 mill cap hit
Shane Vereen - 4 mill cap Hit
Walter Thurmond - 2 mill cap hit

Cap hits wont be that high in their 1st year unless they are not giving out signing bonuses but instead roster bonuses.

Either way...we are going shopping big time! At least we better be.

Maclin, Cox & Kendricks will most likely be getting paid lots in the next few weeks as well.

My dream would be:

Re-sign:

Jeremy Maclin

Sign:

Devin McCourty
Byron Maxwell
Orlando Franklin

That would probably cost us $40 million a year. But...it might be worth it.

Then maybe you add Worilds to take it to like $48 million.

Ryans and Graham will be gone. Won't be surprised if Cooper gets cut and we draft a WR.

I think people are REALLY sleeping on Kareem Jackson. As far as on the field play, he was probably the best cornerback of the free agents last season. I know Chip likes size but Jackson plays bigger and is physical.

We talked about Kareem Jackson before, he is a nice player, not in the same class as Maxwell, if we go Maxwell and Jackson, i'm fine with that....I don't think anyones sleeping on him.

Are you guys really ready for Dream Team 2.0? Because that's certainly what Chip is gearing up to do.

I'm not sure if that's the way to go, TBH. But it looks like Chip has painted himself into a corner and has to spend his way out of it with all the holes on the roster after the cuts.

I'm excited about what may be about to happen, but I don't think we should ignore the fact that spending big in FA doesn't end up working for anyone ever.

Individually, I'm not opposed to any of the cuts other than Williams, but collectively I think Chip may have pushed it too far. The Shady trade is a homerun though.
