I can't do that........it just makes me feel guilty and breaks my confidence.....

When I quit drinking a couple years ago for instance, I just quit.........didn't have another sip for about 6 straight months. If I would have had a couple drinks, I would have never quit.

I'm not a genius when it comes to health and losing weight, but if you eat right, your body will actually burn more fat just from that.
