Couple additional thoughts:

Think the 3-6 seeds could all be up for grabs based on health. Bucks would easily be my 3rd team if Parker was healthy, but if they're healthy going into the playoffs they're easily the 3rd best team in the East, imo. I feel like the 76ers could potentially make a jump, but I see the Hornets and Pistons being a bit more consistent. Sixers still have a lot of moving parts and a lot of youth, which leads to mistakes.

Warriors will have a dog fight for the top seed because I think it's much more important to the Thunder and Rockets to set the tone for their season. I think ultimately though the Warriors will covet that home court advantage and want to make sure they lock that up. Spurs will coast through the regular season as per usual. Wolves, on talent, should be the #5 seed. 6-8 is a toss up for me. Blazers should be a sneaky underrated team especially if Nurkic stays healthy all year. Will be a tough out for anyone. Nuggets have depth and their home court advantage is no joke. Pelicans I think sneak in as the 8th seed over the Clippers, Jazz and Grizzlies. The loss of Z-Bo is huge to the Grizzlies identity. I have no faith in Doc altering a system to cater to the strengths of Blake and Gallo, over CP3 who basically ran everything. Jazz fall just a bit short because of their lack of scoring.

Yes correct. I can see the Cavs struggling early on due to the IT injury and all the new players. Washington won 49 last year and they started off 3-9. Without that start, they're probably the top seed last year.

Outside of road games against the Warriors & Nuggets, early season schedule is pretty favorable

Agree. The NBA off-season, as far as FA, major trades, etc. is over and the regular season hasn't started. NFL and College football are just starting to get to the middle of their seasons and MLB has it's playoffs going. Even Lavar Ball has been relatively quiet.

I think Cleveland is going to struggle early honestly, I want to slide them to 2 but the only team I would slide up is Washington.

My 5-8 for the West could go either way and LAC could slip in depending if Blake stays healthy.
