Bases juiced no outs. Let's hope for a monster inning.
Looks like you got your wish.

We need to lock McLouth up asap. Dont let him test FA. Id like to see him get a 2-3 year deal.

i would rather pay elsbury 10 million more a year .Agreed. The guy has always had potential. He got a raw deal with the Pirates. But anytime you can have a LF hitting .290 with a solid glove defensively and most importantly 25 plus stolen bases, you've got a guy that will contribute and is worth paying some money for.
He deserves it. He's earned it. Good for him. The O's would be stupid not to pay him.
While I'm glad that McLouth has been playing well for us, it should be noted that there are two unusually high stats this year:
BABIP: 0.317 this year, vs. a career average of 0.283
Line drive percentage: 26.5% this year, vs. a career average of 19.4%
Translation: His AVG and OBP could regress in the negative direction.
Much of his career he was used as a utility player and rode the bench quite a bit. This is the first year in a long time that he has been given an opportunity to start regularly. Your stats do not consider the advantage of playing everyday.

Exactly. Look what playing everyday has done for Chris Davis.

Who did we give up for this scrub again?
Why do they always put it back in Johnson territory?
