Playing in the Genesis next week. Not expecting much at all but cool that he thinks his body is back in tournament shape. Probably a trial run to see if he can walk four rounds in Augusta in two months.

One of his few gaffes I have no problem with. It was his treatment of fans and television people during his heyday when he thought he could get away with anything because he was Tiger Woods.

I actually thought it was pretty funny and I was not offended in the least. It's nobody's business except for Woods and Thomas.

It was just a guy thing between friends. I would have laughed if I was Thomas. It's not so easy to explain to the world why it's funny though, so I understand and can't really criticize the blowback.

I agree, which is why Tiger was hiding it.

But maybe that is enough to say "I'll keep that one in my pocket." I don't think the "sick burn" was really worth it...but that's just me.

I am still laughing at the idea that Tiger keeps tampons in his golf bag for this reason.

The funniest part to me was how scared JT was to touch it. Like somehow holding a tampon was going to magically transport him to the LPGA tour or something. LOL

Short game wasn't really that bad. But his putting was way off. Needs to get that together if he wants to really compete. And keep in mind, the Genesis is one of the few tournaments he's never won so it clearly doesn't fit his game very well. I agree that he'll snag a top 5 at a masters or open over the next few years. Hopefully the stars align and he gets another dub.

He's a year older than Jack when he won his last Masters (and become the oldest Masters champion). A win there would also tie Jack for 6 total. He should work on what he's going to need (swing wise) for a last run at Augusta.
