Well, not talking about the victory formation, the TD called back on the hit on Gardner, I've seen the replay a few times and I don't think Gardner was being passive. He looked like he was positioning himself to disrupt the play and therefore should have been fair game. I think the difference in the call was the fact that Redfield's hit was a blind hit. Onuwalu was in a perfect position to block Gardner and was directly in front of him. If Redfield didn't block him Onuwalu would have. Just my .$02.
PS, I don't mind the hit itself. Their mistake for keeping their starters in to get a cosmetic score with no time left and the game basically over.
