Definitely was a nice win to get we finally beat Washington State, seems that we always get them when they're good.
Our offense has a lot to work on, they had almost no rhythm last night, occasionally they would put a good drive together but then the following drive would at best be a quick 3 and out. Can't even put it on a specific unit all of them were this way. Offensive line occasionally played well, other times it was a swinging gate, Rypien made some amazing throws and some "what is he doing" throws, receivers were good on occasion and other times they went missing, but not as many dropped passes as last year.
The defense gave us this win, we game planned for them perfectly and overall it was a good effort, they wore down late because they were on the field for most of the game thanks to the offense.
We get a bye week to work through this before playing at Oregon State
at this point I still don't know what to expect from our season, we play a lot of solid teams and we still look capable to holding on to our 2 eggs a year tradition.
