a (very) little bit about the 3 fla guys. The good thing though at least VT is making the papers down there, i love that we are getting back into the state of Fla and every little bit of exposure down there helps.

I agree hunz. I think it is great to see VT getting down there in Florida and the southeast. The region is SO loaded with talent that even the leftovers from the Florida schoold are great athletes. I would have liked to see them get a few more of the top players, especially the ones from VA. London is creating a buzz so it is natural with his ties to 757 that he pulled many of those guys. Things will even out. When UVA is still winning 5 or 6 games a year in 3 years all of these people will come back to reality. I think London isa good coach and an upgrade over Groh, but many people don't realize that he won the FCS NC with another guys players. I don't think his staff is good enough to take them to the promised land. As far as the notable players in this class...

Even with London and UVA pulling in 8 757 guys, from what i looked at there were only 4 of them that we were going after as well...and we all know how Beamer can coach these supposed 2 and 3 star guys into being a nationally known name, so i think we'll be alright

LOL nolehusker. Pretty sure none of these guys got a sniff from FSU or Miami, although I'm very excited about the potential of all three. And with the recruiting class you guys just hauled in, I doubt Jimbo is losing much sleep over it.

^^^I would say 46 was talking about major college football but you guys won the game so i'll keep that comment to myself.

Yeah yeah yeah.....

I was more referring to all of the hyped up overrated incoming classes in the ACC and SEC, but yes Boise get's a lot out of their players as well, albeit against less stiff competition, week in and week out.

We get to play clemson, unc, uva, fsu and all of these recruiting classes week in and week out, fortunately.

I like your list alot 46, I would like to add a few comments about the VA kids...

Corey Marshall -- They have already said he won't be redshirted. If he was a bit taller he would have
been a top 10 DE.

RVD -- All State Div 6. Solid LB/DB back prospect who played in a VERY tough district/region. They say his bro is a VT lean, and is probably even better.

Michael Holmes -- Has potential to be a really good one (especially with DE and RW leaving and DW maybe to follow) he will likely have some stiff competition coming in, DOMINATED his district, he and Turner pretty much single handedly took his team to the Div 4 State Finals in VA, has been compared to Lee Suggs

Jake Goins -- 1st team All-State in Div. 6--big frame with room to grow, even though we only got 1 lineman, I think he may be a good, big one.

Michael Cole -- Seen this guy play a couple times, he is REAL good with GREAT speed and size, not to mention he is like a 4.1 GPA student, I think he could be a sleeper in this class (think Cody Grimm, but faster)
