That to me is one of the biggest differences between Elway and John Lynch getting his new job. Elway had that experience of actually running a team. Yes it was a different level but he still built it up to being a championship team. Have to think that experience has helped him with the Broncos' job.

He has definitely honed in a lot more the types of players that he likes. I really do think this past draft might be his best yet. We haven't seen much from the 1st 2 picks of the draft but from the 3rd round on those guys actually contributed quite a bit this year.

Well update for me. After turning down a GM job with the Wichita Force of the CIF. I will most likely be taking a position in the IFL (the league I have been helping players and coaches connect to the lasst 5 years) as a GM of the local Cedar Rapids Titans, we are going to discuss it next week. As long as I can work my job now and stay in Iowa City (which won't be a problem it is 30 minutes from Cedar Rapids) It will be some nice extra cash for me and give me two salary's now. I've basically been doing this for a few teams the past 5 years so it will be nice to actually be named a GM and get paid for it. I should be able to work around my FT job and do the GM duties. Find out more next week.

Sad to see this. Unfortunately we can't pick our family. I remember a couple of years ago where Aqib Talib's brother got arrested and said his name was Aqib so the Dallas police put out that they had arrested Aqib Talib. I think his agent called him up to see if it was really him.

I feel for Kayvon. Very stressful time already with getting to enter FA and not knowing if he will be staying in Denver or not and now add plenty of family issues to the picture.
