Saw this the other day and a few things on this. (I don't want to pick on Joshua too much, one of the players I had contact with in the past and was always a very nice guy but)

I just feel like he is trying to be Sherman and well he just doesn't do it very well. He didn't talk the first few years in the league so not sure why he decided to all of a sudden change that. Just do what you do and stop with all the talking.

Just not sure many companies are going to be as excited about him and the way he is talking compared to that of Sherman. Sherman is actually pretty well spoken. Yes he has his rants but you can tell Sherman has an intelligence about him most of the time. I'm not saying Norman is an idiot but he just isn't as well spoken and is definitely not making many friends with all the trash talking he does.

Didn't see this anywhere but Elway has actually now been added to the competition committee for the NFL. Huge moment of respect by those around the league to see his staying power and what he has done in building an NFL team.

How crazy would it be to see the #3 overall pick miss the entire season and then go back into the draft next year? I can't imagine the Broncos losing Von Miller when we drafted #2 overall. Just something you don't hear of these days.

I do think Bosa is being a bit bull-headed. He stands to lose something in the range of $15 million possibly depending on his NFL career and how it goes just by sitting out an entire season. I understand not wanting some of the things in the contract that the Chargers are offering but if what they posted yesterday has any truth to it then it is actually a decent deal for him where the signing bonus would keep them from cutting him (destroys the off set language part of the deal) and it sounds like a majority of his contract is actually now a signing bonus meaning he gets almost all of his money year-1 of the contract and no matter what gets it even if they cut him.
