3. The Defense to make progress like they did in the last 3 games of the year. Probably
4. And Clemson and Alabama to lose 2 regular season games each, and keep them out of the CFP.

That should do it.

Ohio State's entire team gets sick and misses the game against OU. Would be a good start.

I'd have to go back through about 14 years of history to explain to you what needed to fall in place. We ain't contending shit this year.

We find the chosen one out of our 3 pro style QB's hand picked by Riley. He plays like a grizzled vet, and our most talented crop of freshmen receivers in years start and contribute heavily. Then we find 5 solid starters on OL out of the 17 currently on scholarship.

On the other side, new DC Bob Diaco's (Assistant coach of the year 2012) 3-4 defense is a perfect fit and we don't have any growing pains. Our recent talent boost at DB, LB, and DL kicks in big time

We grind out a pretty tough schedule including Wisconsin and Ohio state at home back to back and a trip to Penn State. Face Ohio State in the CCG and pull off a damn miracle either beating them two times in a year or winning the 2nd match up.

Then when we're all done with that, if our roster isn't beaten to a bloody pulp we'll have to pull off two more miracles unlike anything anyone's ever seen from a program, who's recruited at what can only be described as an "above average" level the past 5 seasons.

Not. Happening.

2.) No more giving up garbage chucking shit up for grabs throws when we're up by 3+ TD's. The DB's must turn their fucking heads like USC did vs PSU and pick that shit off.
3.) Continue to improve on defense and become the best scoring defense in the country
4.) Beat the refs and the opponent
