Oh, please don't let it be Jeff Triplette, that guy is a joke. I hope we get Hocculi's crew. They acted like they didn't even bring their flags to the GB game and we could use that with our touchy feelly secondary!!

Was it Hochullis crew that did the GB SF game yesterday? Couldn't tell cause he covered up the gun show.

But I like the way they called the game. Not a lot of flags. There was physicalness going on, and they let the players play.....

It was Hochuli's crew in the GB/49ers game. It was a very unlikely game as far as the calls went for his crew. I think the NFL told them to go a little easier on the calls seeing how the other games went with to many flags. Even though they "let them play" a little more than normal they also missed some boneheaded calls.

As far as Leavy goes is he even part of any of the playoff crews? i don't think he is.

I DO NOT want Carey doing our game. Or Triplette for that matter. I am still on the fence about Hochuli as he is only ok some times and not most others. Triplettes crew threw the most flags during the season and if you even look wrong at his crew you might get a flag.

I think this is the norm for the playoffs now. Remember last year when Browner and Garcon were beating the crap out of each other on every play and I don't think they ever threw a flag on either one of them. They are going to let the players play, the refs don't want to have a SB XL fiasco on their hands again, and I don't mean Seattle getting screwed, I mean interrupting the flow of the game with flags on every other play.

I only casually watched the no/phi game so didn't get a feel for the reffing. but it seemed there were plenty of flags in kc/ind

I think I heard the officiating crews are announced on Wednesday and it wont be a crew that worked in Wild Card weekend.

I doubt we'll see Hochuli's crew seeing as they did the Seahawks/Saints MNF game. Not that they did a bad job, but I think the NFL is setting itself up for criticism if they do that.
