I think the Cavs should realistically have only 2-4 down years....likely 3...before they are back as a very very fun team to watch again.

If Davis would commit I would make the deal if I were NY.

Davis is only 25 and he is a top 5 player. Zion looks like a monster but there is some risk there and it will take him at least 2-3 years to develop into a top 10 sort of guy even if he does have get to that kind of peak.

With Davis and Porzingis they could easily attract a top PG like a KEmba or a Kyrie.

I think that a Knox and their lotto pick package would be a good offer for the Pels to start a rebuild.
