It shows we have lots to work on. But we do have nine games left to improve with. The team will not stop working at it

Im excited to watch O'Connell play for the raiders. I wanted the Hawks to draft this kid as our back-up.

Waldron seems to have forgotten how to use tight ends and off tackle running plays, Geno is a disaster waiting to happen (seriously I'd bench him at this point - good news is we don't have to pay out all those incentives), and the defense STILL after all these years since Kam retired cannot figure out how to stop a fuckin' tight end...

O'Connell played really well for his 2nd game as a starter. Good for him, he 100% looks the part. With some growth and maturity he could be a keeper.

The Seahawks are the 5th youngest Team in the NFL and out of those five teams only two of them are winning teams. The Bengals and the Seahawks. This is a really good sign.

For next year maybe.

I see little to hang a hat on for this season. They are going to have to upgrade several positions to compete next year.

Mostly the youth they are starting have been upgrades and have been preforming pretty well. I don't see them holding the team back. JSN being the exception, but they haven't been able to push his reps with the O line issues making them feature TE's more for pass protection.

They need D line improvement and more consistent play at LB. They need competent play at QB and for their O line to get healthy.

They aren't fixing those this year.

I’m not going to let the loss Sunday dictate who this team is overall just like beating the #1 defense last week or going into Detroit and winning didn’t. This team is very young as was stated above and with youth comes inconsistent play. On any given Sunday you can get last weeks team or the team that beat Detroit, that’s how I envision this season to go but with a playoff appearance non the less. There’s questionable coaching all the way down to questionable play from individual players. Have to win the next two before heading into the gauntlet, but 7-3 is very likely which is all we could have ever hoped for heading into the season.
