It may have, I wasn’t a voter. I’m just not going to diss one of the greats over another for something like that, especially when it’s known Bird didnt see color. I do laugh at those that act like that is a factor with Jokic. He’s a foreigner lol.

The problem is that there's no way to scientifically make the exact right call every year. Some years it's obvious who deserves it. Some years it's what you value vs what someone else does. And sometimes it's just bad luck if you have a MVP level season but other guys do too, or you miss a lot of games, or your team sucks. Steve Nash has 2 MVPs. Kobe has 1. Hakeem has 1. Shaq has 1. We all agree that's bullshit, but that's what happens when only 1 guy gets MVP every year, sometimes weird shit happens. It will happen again and again.
