Got it. Yeah players probably don't want back to backs so not disputing that but the organizations are just as pussy because they believe in these silly analytics. The load management from Oct-Dec should be an automatic fine to the team

Agree and I'm not saying I want to see b2b2b's return either. Just pointing out that players today have things much better, but somehow aren't expected to show up for work every day.

And yeah, the organizations are part of the problem.

It's an interesting conundrum for them because they have millions invested in these players and want to protect their assets...yet at the same time, putting those assets "in harms way" is the very nature of the business.

I’ve been a Maxey guy longer than anyone here. People were laughing at me when I was saying a Simmons Maxey package could get Dame two years ago. That shit looks better than what they got in the end.
