Titans - Rashaan Evans LB - B+ grade.

Not insane value... but the Titans took a linebacker. The Titans could've re-instated Aaron Curry or Aldon Smith for $10M per year and earned an A grade. This pick is at the appropriate position and makes complete sense. There's really no other 1st round pick linebackers available outside of Evans.

Vander Esch would've been a grade in the As... little bit of an inferior prospect with Evans, but no reason this grade should be low/average.
