Suh is going to be a monster, even bigger than when he was playing for us. I am glad he stayed for his Sr. year and hope that all this hard work gets him No. 1 in the draft. MJ will really be able to help him in the sprints having owned the WR in both the 200 and 400. And I know that the pool soaks really help a body recover as I did the same thing in a tub soak and the reason for it really makes sense physiologically.
