I understand that but we can get ahead if we want. We don't have to wait until our time slot to pick if the guys ahead of us have gone but there is no pressure for somebody to pick before their time.

So we will be the same official time each day but it's no big deal if people get ahead. If we get through with round 3 tomorrow, we will still have an official clock of the beginning of round 3 first thing Thursday.

That would be no different than how we were doing it in the previous drafts. Doing the two rounds a day ensures everyone knows what time they draft everyday, thus leaving no excuse to ever miss a pick.

But as I said, whatever everyone wants is good with me, if we do it like before and I post the times for the following day after we are done drafting for the day that could lead to skipping people which is what I want to avoid.

That's the problem, if we do that sometimes especially early on we might only be drafting 4 or 5 picks a day. Makes no sense that way. We either keep doing it how we have or just do the 2 rounds a day.

You guys are missing what I was stating. Simply put, we can get as far ahead as we like and we don't have to wait for our time slot as long as the guy before us has gone. However, no matter how far ahead we get tomorrow, the official clock from round 3 starts at pick #1 for round 3 so we have our time slots consistent.

I was going by what you wrote here. Here you said tomorrow getting through round 3 when in fact we are doing 2 rounds. I believe you meant get through round 2 tomorrow.

I understand what you are saying that we can pick once the guy in front of us drafts so basically we could have 2 rounds done in 4 hours if everyone is active.

I didn't miss what you were saying at all. If we do it the way you're suggesting we could do say 24 picks days 1 and 2 that would mean day 3 we don't have any picks on the clock which would lead to Ritz throwing a fit.

It makes no sense to just stop if the people are here and want to pick. "LIFE" happens and somebody that is here to pick tonight may lose internet access for weather in the morning and be screwed.


The other draft was different because so many were not reliable. I'm pretty sure the 8 guys picking here have little to no life.

If you lose internet or have a emergency helicopter flight then you should have left a list. If you miss your time slot then you get skipped if no list.
