Why is it that umpires/ referees in every sport seemingly fuck up the simplest of replays?

MLB says it "hit him slightly in the wrist".



We know that is not true. Slow-mo replay zoomed in shows no such thing. But... Even if that was true, the dumbass grabs his elbow and fakes the contact in the complete wrong spot.


If anything punish him for trying to sell the contact on a part of his body not even close to where it could've possibly hit him. Wow.

I mentioned it a while back that I expect Chip Hale to eventually be fired. Dan Bickley was talking about it on his radio show this afternoon. Then you look at the lineup Hale has playing today. My immediate thought was is this still Spring Training. It is a joke. Idk what the hell the team was thinking hiring Hale. Then the Diamondbacks' announcers say why are you bringing in Chafin to face right handed hitters. Then Hale brings in Barrett and he faces two left handed hitters. The Diamondbacks blow the game and again Hale looks like a moron. He is like a buffoon. Maybe he should blame the media again for the team's struggles.
