apparently. Scott Brown of ESPN tweets that they have signed Cam Thomas, formerly of Chargers, to a 2 year deal. 6'4 330 NT, sound slike just what doctor ordered.

Well I think it's safe to say that they are going to draft CB or WR/TE in the 1st round…

He's a big man, yes… But a starter, not sure!

I read that he was benched last year due to Cincy racking up over 160 yards on the ground and he never returned the starter status. He looks more like a depth signing to me. A lot of people are comparing him to Al Woods because he has the versatility to play DE. In other words, NT could still very well be on the 1st round radar.
