Well, there was bad blood between the 2 since they fined him for watching his daughter during halftime a while ago

There was no reason for San Diego to try. The relationship was down right terrible between the 2. He wanted out of there as fast as humanly possible. They didn't want to put up with his bad attitude from this past season. So it was mutual in wanting to move on from each other.

Judging by his presser, I'd say that sounds accurate....Not sure of the reason but some real bad blood there between them, you could see it on his face when he mentioned it like 3 different times....
All I know is he is a heckuva player and adds real stability to an area we have suffered greatly the last 2 yrs...
It cost us a potential trip to the SB one of those times....So needless to say I'm elated over that signing.
Even if he does look like Charles Manson, ...
