It's becoming more and more clear that this time is not nearly ready to comepete for a title. Their down fall in my honest opinion was the Melo trade. Amare was playing some of his best basketball with Felton, Chandler and Gallo, I saw no reason why they should have made that deal for Melo.

Yes Melo is a great scorer but he is not that clutch guy like LBJ or Durant who can carry a team. The chemistry was completely lost when those guys were traded to Denver. Think it may be time for the Knicks to move on from their 'Big 3'' and start getting younger.

There going to have to Melo is going to look to get out of their according to what Stephan A Smith, reported a few weeks ago. The problem is New York Still has Stoudamire on the books next season & dont have much room for anything as right now.

Do they have any buyouts remaining or no? Think they will be stuck with Amare, but Melo they should tarde before he walks and they get nothing.

I don't believe so, Chandler is also still on the books & I dont think they have any 1st round pick for some time.

The Knicks ownership has to be one of the worst in the league. We had a decent GM in Glen Grunwald who was in the process of straightening out the books and putting a winner on the court, but the clusterfuck that is James Dolan decided for some bizarre reason to reassign him and then went on to hire a failed, former do nothing flunkie of a GM, Steve Mills.

The team will be mired in lousy deals and ineptitude until that A-hole decides to stop calling all the shots, or sells the team...whichever comes first.
