The truth is that he is getting rid of bad guys and bringing in character guys. Nothing to do with race. If you look at his top draft picks, all of them have a certain profile--they are smart, well spoken people who he thinks will be able to grasp his fast-break offense and do what he wants.

There are enough occasions in life where racism does play a role. Here it does not, and McCoy is an idiot for implying it does. McCoy apparently has already been denounced by Jenkins as well. And McCoy is showing why Kelly might not have wished to keep him much longer.

No one around the league cares what Shady says. The Eagles organization and Chip's actions are not consistent with McCoy's accusations. Any player that would use that as a reason not to come here we don't want.
