lol@ the SEC'ers who don't like the giant gaps in facing conf teams, but defend only playing 8 IC games a year.

Well, I meant before they come to our home But yeah...
I wish the conference schedule would go to a 9 games
Any SEC coach not named Saban is to blame for this horse shit... If we went to 9 games everyone could play each other in a 4 year interval.
I'd rather just get rid of the fixed rival game. But people care about "Tradition" and want to play Tennessee every year so that will never happen. But I kinda think less is more and think playing Tennessee every 2 or 3 years adds to it, rather than takes away from it.
None of this is set in stone is it? I mean the conference could vote next year to go to 9, drop the cross rival, etc and those schedules would be rewritten.
We know change never comes fast in college athletics, but it does feel like we are heading to some sweeping reforms and realignment. I wouldn't bank on any long term schedule for any of us at this point.
I wouldn't think so. Isn't the four team playoff scheduled for some crazy amount of years that could change as well?
And it will be 11 years before Auburn visits Knoxville again
It would be hard to imagine not playing Bama every year, but I would get used to it
Well, I'll only be 82.I'll be 36 damn years old.
I'll be 36 damn years old.
I'm sure that has to be changeable as well, but likely only if there is a reformation of the upper conferences.
