I'll even add 2001 into the mix.

From 01 until 07, he was a hell of a coach and we were a pretty damn good team most years. Then in 08 we got embarrassed by Bama and Florida and couldn't stop GT in the first year they ran the triple option, and really, 2012 was the year afterwards that we had something cooking.

And also, if we do lose, it will suck, but there's plenty of reasons to hold our heads up high regardless of result.

This is the youngest team in the SEC and one of the youngest teams in the country and we've had a hell of a season, and I don't remember ever being more optimistic about the future of the program.
