After week 6 I have strong feeling that if NE doesn't suffer any key injuries they will have no trouble making it to SB. I'm Denver fan so no homerism here. Just don't see any AFC team challenging them for AFCC game. In NFC, If Bradford can continue to run offense as well as he has so far and that D, they are strong contenders to get there and then Dallas has good shot as well. Possibly Seattle. Agree? Or disagree ? Just what I'm seeing so far. Your thoughts?

The Patriots seem like a lock for a bye and probably homefield even if Brady went down at some point quite frankly. Not unbeatable, but there really aren't a lot of teams that can give them trouble.

Some flawed AFC teams out there that if they correct some issues could cause problems in theory for NE, but they wouldn't be favored in any scenario. Would need a couple breaks to win. By the end of the regular season, I suspect it'll look kinda like this when ranking the AFC

Flawed, but potential challengers

Denver
Pittsburgh
Kansas City

Longshots

Buffalo
Oakland
Cincy

Filler

Houston
Baltimore

Everyone Else:

Completely Irrelevant

NFC I see being seeded like this:

1. Vikings
2. Cowboys
3. Seahawks
4. Atlanta
5. Cardinals
6. Packers

NFC looks like a mess but the Vikings seem like a pretty logical bet so long as Bradford doesn't snap in half.

Defense wins championships. So I want to see more of the Vikings in action.

Again, barring injuries (which helped take down the Patriots last year) in the AFC last year it's

NE
Pittsburgh
Denver

And the rest. Buffalo might get into the playoffs this year but Rex will implode at some point.

If I had to guess at the postseason seeds right now I'd go

1. New England
2. Kansas City
3. Houston
4. Pitt
5. Oakland
6. Denver

1. Minnesota
2. Atlanta
3. Seattle
4. Dallas
5. Washington
6. Arizona

My preseason SB pick was KC vs Minnesota so I'll stick with that but NE looks good
