Yeah that's part of the fun of a league with lots of parity, there's always surprises, difficulty being sure of things. That said it's still early.

Broncos declared OT Billy Turner (knee) inactive for Week 3's game against San Francisco.​

Turner has struggled with the knee injury dating back to camp and still isn't ready to set foot on the field against the 49ers. Cameron Fleming will protect the blindside for Russell Wilson against San Francisco's pass rush. Also inactive for the Broncos are: WR Jalen Virgil, WR Tyrie Cleveland (hamstring), CB Darius Phillips (hamstring), S Delarrin Turner-Yell, OLB Jonathon Cooper (hamstring), and DL Eyioma Uwazurike

49ers declared RB Tyrion Davis-Price (ankle) inactive for Week 3's game against the Broncos.​

The second-year back will be out at least a few more weeks with the injury. Once he's healthy he can work on trying to get some run behind Jeff Wilson in the 49ers backfield. Also inactive for the 49ers are TE Tyler Kroft (knee0, OL Daniel Brunskill (hamstring), DE Arik Armstead (foot), DE Kemoko Turay, and OL Nick Zakelj.

Lots of weird things happen when teams have to deal with injuries, rookies or coaching changes. I do think at the end of the season you're still going to see 2 SB contenders coming out of the AFCW. Just not the Raiders.
