Well I said all week the Broncos defense would have to win this game. They did. Props to them. Might've been different if SD got aggressive on offense a little earlier.

Tell me Denver scores 24 and I take it.

I do think Seattle or SF would easily beat Denver. Two teams I despise in the AFCCG, so I'm on the NFC side now.

Why would SD want to make it easier for Denver to get into FG range and make it a 2 score game again?

I too would have been reluctant to give it back to Manning. A second onside kick may have been the call.

The Chargers were down to the 3rd string safety which left Thomas wide open on 3rd and 17. I don't fault anything the Chargers did aside from being too conservative early in the game. Broncos defense needed to step up and they did.
